The server is returning HTTP 406: Not Acceptable. That means the client is sending a set of mime types to accept, and the server is trying to return something else. I turned user agent tracking back on, and the problem seems to be limited to Netscape versions older then 4.5. Probably has something to do with the fact that my server is trying to return image/png as the type, and Netscape's png support in those versions was buggy at best.

This is further evidenced since I can't recreate the problem in IE, Opera, Netscape 4.7, or Mozilla m14.

So, its those good old buggy Netscape users again.
