Question: Is it better to abide by the rules until they're changed or help speed the change by breaking them?

I am sure Tridus already knows about this (the news was posted on /.), but Dr. Dre has given the names of some odd 240,000 of his fans that were trading his songs, requesting that the songs be removed from Napster (though he doesn't want to see them banned, which is almost a good thing; then again, this is setting a real bad precedent), right after some 3,000 Napster users and ex-Metallica fans filled out those "By sending this letter to Metallica, I am stating that I was banned from Napster without having any Metallica songs, and Metallica might sue me within ten days for, um, sending this letter" papers on Napster's site. I feel so damn sorry for those poor mofos who made Napster. Can't they just be left alone? :P
