If you have two chips in there now, and you have a max capacity of 128mb, that means you have a capacity of 64mb per DIMM bank.
Thats how max memory is determined in SDRAM systems, you take the max per bank it can address, and multiply by the number of banks.
64 * 2 = 128
so no, I don't think it'll work. Check your documentation though.
