A Goon
I know you're out there; I can feel you now. I know that you're afraid. You're afraid of us; you're afraid of

change. I don't know the future - I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how this

is going to begin. Now, I'm going to hang up this phone, and I'm going to show these people what you don't want them to see.

I'm going to show them a world without you - a world without rules, and controls, without borders, or boundaries. A

world...where anything is possible. Where we go from there...is a choice I leave up to you.

I won't store a password in a cookie. That defeats the entire purpose of having logins for security. Usernames, yes.

Passwords? Almost never.

The only way I'd consider doing it is to have people understand that if it gets misused by someone sitting on their computer or who gets their cookies and uses their login to do stuff, *they* are responsible for it. And I can still see it causing too many problems.

OK, another brain fart..... Remember username and password for login, enable a cookie. :) - Tyrant~|TOA| - 2000-03-06 00:00:00

---after thinking about it... No. No passwords. Ever. Usernames are ok though. - Tridus - 2000-03-07 00:00:00
