the below image gives some performance monitor counters for most of the important stuff in my network. The only one you care about is the yellow line, which is the processor usage on the webserver.

The first spike is when I load the forum when set for 1 day. The second much larger (and longer) spike is when I set it to load 15 days. During that time, the server isn't doing much else.

Everybody understand now? :)

ps - the other lines are counters from other servers... the network was actually fairly busy when this was taken, usually a lot of the lines don't get over 10%.
