A Goon
Four years for this?... It sucks. It sucks big-time. In fact, it sucks so bad, we have to wonder what kind of curious monstrosity the developers could have created with an eight-year product cycle.

Here's a checklist of stuff I can do about it:

Our host appears to have a dns server problem, or has lost our dns records or something, so the domain no longer appears on the Internet. As a result, nothing incoming is working. At the same time, most mail servers these days don't accept email with a FROM: header that doesn't resolve. We don't resolve anymore while its broken. So, all kinds of outgoing mail is queued up on the local mail server here, just waiting to go out.

Ironically enough, my little linux box mail server that doesn't do anything really because its not on the Internet is working perfectly, since I've been sending email to myself on it. :-)

Well, I'm gonna go send an ICQ Broadcast to everybody in the building explaining why email isn't going anywhere for who knows how long, and hopefully convince Rob to get that dedicated line put in here so I can run the mail server directly. Now *that* would rule.
