due to the keying system it uses, without some serious cookie editing, it can only work on only one computer/browser combination at a time. So enabling it at home wouldn't enable it at school. (hell, in my case, its one computer/browser/location combo, because the url changes so drastically at work that it doesn't work from home *and* work)
Also note: If you enable it, you loose your moderator access while logged in using it, your just treated as a normal user. If you do a manual login (which is available off the logout page), you then regain all your moderator powers.
