This is just great. I email tech support with problems with our ZipCD USB drive. This is the info I gave them.

understand you are having trouble formatting a CD with the Zip CD USB drive.
Make sure the Zip CD USB drive is connected directly to the USB port. Also,
uninstall and reinstall the Direct CD software and test the drive with
different brands of CD-R and CD-RW media.....
